New project does not allow to choose parent project

If you start adding a new project, not yet saved, and want to link to a parent project, you get the error message below.

Solution/Workaround: You have to save the project first, then choose the parent project.

Expected behaviour: Being able to choose a parent project without saving the new one.
(Acceptable behaviour: Notify the user he has to save before choosing a parent project.)
