kded4 keeps running at full cpu usage when started

When starting up KDE the kded4 process keeps running and uses full CPU.
I can SIGKILL this without problems and can work on with the desktop.

It happens very seldom and I can not reproduce it. It might be happen more often when there was already a KDE session running and you want to relogin, but even then it only happens 1 out of 20. So I will close this bug.

I know now hot to reproduce: it always happen when the kde session is started a second time without reboot due to a simple logout for instance.
