icons for maximize, minimize gone

Bug Description
Binary package hint: ubuntu-docs
Screen image expanded, print enlarged and the maximize, minimize and close icons disappeared in all items opened from various tabs at sides of screen. Those opened through epiphany browser, icon on screen proper, yield normal screens. Removed and reinstalled firefox, no result. Novice as apparent.
