Sending file via DCC in XChat shows incorrect notification

Bug Description
xchat 2.8.6-4ubuntu5, Ubuntu 10.04
xchat 2.8.8-3ubuntu4, Ubuntu 11.04
1. /dcc send nickname-
2. Select a file to send.
What happens: A notification bubble appears saying "%filename is offering you a file", which makes no sense.
What should happen: No notification bubble appears. Transfer status is already shown by the "Uploads & Downloads" window, and the start of the process is already notified by the "Offering %filename to %person" text in the main XChat window.
