Bug Description

With version 5, the widget "text_html" allows us to edit HTML. Since version 6, this widget has been re-implemented, but it doesn't work. See my fix attached.

Note: I didn't add time to fix the issue when the field is required.

Note: I've forgot to take care of the readonly attribute.

It's my version with required and readonly attributes working. I hope you will fix this before the final release of OpenERP 6. You should also implement something better for custom widgets because we still have to do many workarounds.

Hello Sickle,

Would you please explain me which type of field "text_html" you specified?
What is the data type of field?

Thanks.

Claude Petit (claude.petit) wrote :

The data type is text. In your XML view, you add the attribute widget="text_html" to your field.

Is the fix available under "trunk" because I don't see it. Should I use the "6.0" branch instead ?
