Bug Description
When receiving a trap from an SNMP v2c enabled WeatherGoose II, the snmptrapd weathergoose plugin is unable to get the correct trap agent address before looking it up in the NAV database.
Apparently, the snmptrapd engine will only set the trap agent address when an SNMP v1 trap is received, as this is a mandated field of v1 traps. In v2c traps, this field doesn't exist, and the trap agent is set to None.
However, the trap agent should be taken to be the same as the source IP of the received UDP packet in this case.
