bzr-for-svn-users: mention bzr lacks cp

Any svn user will be very surprized that bzr lacks 'bzr cp'.
This should be pointed out and justified, and a workaround should be recommended.

Also as svn user I find it very weird that 'bzr diff' cannot help me to see the changes between e.g. 'bzr diff mymodule/SimpleFile.py mymodule/VersionedFile.py' (because these do not belong to different branches).

Hi mestre.adamastor, although this is closely related to bug 269095, I think describing this for svn users is distinct, and easier, than implementing the features.
