Bug Description
Steps to reproduce:
1. open 2 windows of the same app on different _empty_ workspaces
2. close one of them
Expected result:
No window is focused therefore the panel does not contain any application name nor window controls.
Current result:
No window is focused but the panel still contains the window name and controls.
