Text formatting missing in wiki light theme

Much along the lines of https://bugs.launchpad.net/canonical-isd-web/+bug/674936 there are a number of other text formatting options listed on official documentation at https://wiki.ubuntu.com/HelpOnMoinWikiSyntax?action=show&redirect=SyntaxReference#Text%20Formatting that are not currently functioning on the light-theme.

These are the italics (already fix in progress for this format according to the previously linked bug), subscript, superscript, smaller, larger and strike through. All are displayed at at https://wiki.ubuntu.com/HelpOnMoinWikiSyntax?action=show&redirect=SyntaxReference#Text%20Formatting if you need examples and I confirmed all worked on the old theme with the exception of strike through.

I'd like to add another formatting error. When you create/add a link to a sentence in for example a bulleted list, the next item jumps down an extra row. The spacing is off.

And one for the wishlist: color/formatting of hyperlinks. Would be nice for Headers.

I can confirm the original bug is fixed by looking at the linked wiki syntax pages. They all show correctly to me now so happy for it to be marked fixed if Chris is happy the lists (which also appear correct to me on the linked syntax reference page).
