Bug Description

Hi,

Ubuntu One client on my computer does not connect to the server. The command "u1sdtool -s"

 gives:

State: LOCAL_RESCAN
    connection: With User With Network
    description: doing local rescan
    is_connected: False
    is_error: False
    is_online: False
    queues: WORKING_ON_BOTH

Ubuntu One Preference shows correct information about mu account. The button "Connect" in the "Devices" tab of Ubuntu One Preference dialog is always active, I cannot connect to the server by clicking this button.

Hello,

Thanks for reporting this bug. I believe you are running Maverick version of Ubuntu One client. If yes, then this is a duplicate of LP:692496. You can verify whether the fix is working for you by installing the patched version of the client by following the instructions on https://launchpad.net/~rye/+archive/ubuntuone-support or:
sudo apt-add-repository ppa:rye/ubuntuone-support
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get upgrade

This should install ubuntuone-client version 1.4.5-0ubuntu2~lp692496 and you should be able to use Ubuntu One file sync service. This fix will be included in next Stable Release Update for Ubuntu One client.
