Implement all the action from the rightclick menu in the joblist treeview. Send signals to Brick.pid, open management console in a xterm.

r10 fixes that, except for the fact that the settings are not yet used in the application.
The dialog window is almost 100% connected (missing cdrom, button-events and checkbox activation controls)
A config file was added to store/load global settings.
