this is caused by conflicting third party software, nothing Ubuntu can do anything about:
update- alternatives: error: alternative link /usr/lib/ mozilla/ plugins/ flashplugin- alternative. so is already managed by xulrunner- addons- flashplugin. installer (--configure): nonfree: nonfree depends on flashplugin- installer; however: installer is not configured yet.
