Bug Description

Recently, DC++ 0.780 has three new buttons in the file list (back, forward, up). I recommend further updates to the file list window.

The reasons:
* Currently your only way to navigate between directories is the left tree, however, when you activate the right panel, the selection on the left becomes barely visible on white (default!) background color
* By adding the three buttons over the left panel, the height of the two panels became different which is ugly
* If the panels' height is would be balanced, it would contain a lot of free space which could be used somehow

My recommendations:
* First, align the height of the two panels
* Add a virtual parent directory [..] to the right to be able to go to the parent easily
* Over the right panel, put a text showing the active directory of the list

As an alternate, instead of using the [..] + the static directory display, an active breadcrumbs solution would be also good which can be seen in Windows Vista+'s Explorer windows. But without breadcrumbs, the [..] is definetely needed.

See the attached screenshot how could it look like.

All of these problems are solved with 0.781-2 with the combo showing the current folder, no?
