Bug Description
Add a method to Trackbeats that returns TRUE if there is a beat between two samples or FALSE if there is none. This can be used, for example, to find out when to send MIDI clock signals.

Another scenario is the following: Assume the beat grid is wrong. It should be possible to find the exact beat grid if Mixxx gets a hint using the BPM tap.
In other words, Mixxx should hold a list of alternative beat positions in memory. Using BPM tap the beat grid might get correct.
