'pcb -h' segfaults if build with --disable-gif

Bug Description
If pcb gets built wirh png support but with --disable-gif, --disable-jped odr --disable-png than the program segfaults in get_file_suffix from png.c.
Reason seems to be that the 'default_val' of the HA_filetype struct member points every time to element 2 but the there are less than three struct members in 'filetypes[]' structure.
