Bug Description

 affects /products/malone

Apparently ubp-hoary-unofficial backports product was deleted from
launchpad.

This leaves me 2 bugs in my buglist
(https://launchpad.net/people/mez/+assignedbugs) that I cannot close,
view, or modify in any way.

That product has been marked inactive.

You should be able to access the bugs by replacing the productname part of the URL with another product. At that point, you should be able to reassign the task to a different product (ubp-hoary, maybe?).

I've updated the 10 bugtasks assigned to ubp-hoary-unofficial, retargetting them to ubp-hoary.

We need to catch this case though, so I'm leaving the bug open. I'm not sure if these checks need to be made at product deactivation time or picked up by the database garbage collector.

The thing is - ubp-hoary and ubp-hoary-unofficial are different... which
is wh they were segregated..

Why/who by was the prod=uct deactivated
