python-htmlgen doesn't contain the Python module

Bug Description

Under dapper, I could go into Python and 'import HTMLgen' so long as python2.4-htmlgen was installed. Now after upgrading to edgy, this is no longer possible. It appears that the python-htmlgen package only contains documentation and no Python code/modules at all.

Ubuntu Edgy Eft is no longer supported, so a SRU will not be issued for this release. Marking Edgy as Won't Fix.
