Bug Description

Hi!

In PCB som Xaw widgest seem to be screwed up.

The Xaw scrollbars do not work as expected. Neither Button 1 nor
Button 3 trigger the usual scrolling action. The Culprit is a line in
Pcb.ad.in, which overrides the default translation of the scrollbar
widget without keeping the actions needed to maintain the standard
functon of the Xaw scrollbars. When I remove these lines in
Pcb.ad.in, the scrollbars work as expected again.

The Menu-Buttons of the Main menu do not work as they should,
too. The Menus open upon mouse-up events instead of poping up at
the mosue-down event, as they do in other Xaw programs. The .ad
file also does contain some overrides on menubuttons translations,
but removing them makes the menus never poping up. :-(

73, Mario
