gnome-app-install should make use of the auto-installed information

Bug Description

Now that libapt/python-apt have support for the information what packages were automatically installed this should be used by gnome-app-install when a package is removed again. All dependencies (direct/indirect) should be checked and if they are no loner required, removed.
