gschem: Show comments in component selection dialog

Please add a text field to the component selection
dialog that contains the comment attribute if one is
included in the source of the symbol. Additional text
field that show the contents of the document attribute
and the license would also be appreciated.

To expand: this should be implemented by showing all top-level attributes defined in the symbol in the component selection box. These could be hidden behind an expander so that they're not shown by default (they'd take up a lot of screen real-estate).

I've started to implement this feature.
* the attributes widget is resizable
* the list of the visible attributes will be configurable
* if the configured list of attributes is emty, the attribute widget will be hidden
