Bug Description

Noticed this when flipping a pin which I'd explicitly set the pinlabel attribute to middle left / middle right aligned. When flipping, the left/right sense changed as expected, but the vertical alignment was reset to "lower" attachment.

Do you have any attribute autoplace Scheme plugins active?

The C code appears to do the Right Thing.

Caused by the autoplace-pin-attributes which is active in default system-gschemrc.
Maybe autoplace-pin-attributes should only be enabled for add-pin-hook?

Mirrored and rotated pins do not get automatically placed, again

Automatic pin placement does not run on mirrored or rotated
pins now, by default. This behavior can be re-activated by modifying
    system-gschemrc, etc...
