Hello Mahyuddin

Just for curiosity, is fdclock still used and in active development? As far as I can see from their commit logs

http://cgit.freedesktop.org/xorg/app/fdclock/

The last commit was some 3 years back

Can you please contact the upstream authors on the status of this package/project?

I'm going to process this once the above question is answered

I agree with Bhavani, if upstream is dead, removal is probably a good idea.

If not, your changelog entry needs work: "Fix FTBFS binutils-gold with ld --no-add-needed"

How about: "Explicitly link to necessary libraries, fixes FTBFS with ld --no-add-needed".

You should also build-depend on libraries that you are linking to.

Sounds OK to me, but I'd wait a week or two. Maybe prod #freedesktop?
