Bug Description
Binary package hint: dpkg
I don't know what caused this. sudo iptraf seems to run fine.
I had installed iptraf earlier in the day, then rebooted my computer. After the reboot, that's when I noticed the exclamation mark/exploding star icon in the tray (it may have been there earlier).
