Bug Description

Binary package hint: gvfs

Would like to update to gvfs 1.7.1. This requires libimobiledevice 1.1.0 which is marked as unstable

is there any way we could just revert the commit that created the depends on the new version and keep using the stable serie?

Sounds like an options. My feel is libimobiledevice will be stable enough to use - I just haven't checked the details. (This bug is here so the versions page has a note about why we are running the older version).
