screem is linked with libcroco2 which has been removed from the archive.
screem probably doesn't use libcroco directly, so you just need to remove the
libcroco2-dev of Build-Depends, update the librsvg2-dev Build-Depends
to >= 2.7 and rebuild the package

screem. there is no reason why libcroco2 and libcroco3 and not co-exist
in the archive, so the removal of libcroco2 itself was wrong.
