virtualbox: 3.2.12-68302~Debian~squeeze
it happened after the update Jan 3 22:46:53 2011
indicator-virtualbox (1.1.0~astrapi~lucid2) to 1.1.1~astrapi~lucid1

sudo aptitude install indicator-virtualbox

indicator-virtualbox currently only for ubuntu (lucid, maverick, natty)

I am getting the same error, Ubuntu, Lucid 64 bit.

But the indicator still launches despite the error on install.
