Large menu does not fit on Unity's panel

Binary package hint: unity

When an application has too many options on its menu bar, it does not fit on Unity's panel.

An example is GIMP. See attached screenshot. The last (partially shown) menu is 'Window'. The 'Help' menu is not shown.
