Bug Description

Hello,

libgeier0 calls xmlSecCheckVersionExt upon initialization, to ensure abi compatibility -- however libxml reports incompatibilities in maverick:

stesie@wuchtbrumme:~$ geier
func=xmlSecCheckVersionExt:file=xmlsec.c:line=170:obj=unknown:subj=unknown:error=1:xmlsec library function failed:mode=abi compatible;expected minor version=2;real minor version=2;expected subminor version=14;real subminor version=9
libgeier: loaded xmlsec library version is not compatible.
geier: unable to initialize libgeier

... rebuilding libgeier against updated xmlsec does fix this problem.

Therefore please rebuild the package.

cheers,
  stesie
