Bug Description

Binary package hint: unity

Unity 3.2.8-0ubuntu1 in Natty Alpha 1 with all updates.

When switching between applications, the window title in the unity top panel doesn't always immediately update and the existing window title (of the previously focused application) stays in the panel for an indeterminate period of time (sometimes a couple of seconds, sometimes quite a bit longer).

This behaviour is seemingly random but frequent and to reproduce may require a few iterations of the following instructions:
1. Ensure more than one maximised application is open.
2. Switch between open applications by clicking on their icon in the Unity sidebar. After switching to each application, observe the window title in the Unity top panel and note whether it has changed to the application that you just switched to or if it still has the window title of the application that previously had focus.
3. If the previous application's title is still in the top panel, wait until it automatically changes (catches up) to the new application's title.

This issue is evident not only in switching between applications, but also when making changes within the same app that affect it's window title (e.g. changing tabs in Firefox, opening a new document or file)
