Bug Description
The doccomments for RegistryClient, BaseClient, and Client's __init__ all say that they default the host parameter to 0.0.0.0, but the parameter itself is compulsory. Also, in the case of RegistryClient, the doccomment says that the default port is 9292, when the code says that it is 9191.
