Ubuntu 10.04
steps to reproduce:
Choose German/Deutsch as language on installation and configuration of OpenERP with
german i18n translation or better slide through the attached .zip with alle screenshots and
highlighted translation gaps.

I have checked the issue with the latest code and all help text have been translated in purchase module. Would you please check the issue with the latest code as it has been fixed in latest revision.
