Bug Description
Automated charts of the progress of translations would be really nice to add:
-a motivation tool for translators
-a news tool for the Ubuntu weekly News.
Ideally, those would be also nice for the core ubuntu translations. I've done it on a manual basis for the French team, but an automated version for all teams would kick ass.
