Alt+PrintScreen doesn't work

Bug Description
That is regression - that worked fine in Ubuntu 10.04: when I pressed Alt+PrintScreen - screenshot program appeared with current application screenshot as a content.
Now when I press Alt+PrintScreen - nothing happens. I have to use PrintScreen key (it works as expected) and crop image myself
