maverick , do not resume after suspend. seems to be graphic related

after suspend, resume works around 2 out of 3 times.
When it does not work, the screen stays black, a few times I managed to switch to a vt where I read some kernel error message about the intel graphic driver. I 'll append them to the bug report if I see them again.
The machine cannot be reached through the network and I usually reboot using sysrq SUB.

This is an HP 2540p with ubuntu installed and using unity as interface

I tested 2.37-10 fra kernel ppa.
And this kernel is completely broken. it seems that wrong modelines are chosen.
