Bug Description

Binary package hint: zhcon

In tty, run "zhcon -utf8" to start zhcon in utf8 mode (cos filenames in Ubuntu are encoded in UTF-8 by default). But the CJK characters cannot display normally. Quit zhcon and see the message: "Failed to do iconv_open(gb2312,UTF8), Filter disabled." (I've tried to run zhcon without utf8 support, of course it failed as well.)

P.S. "zhcon -utf8" can function well in Ubuntu 9.10.
