No indicator for when round ends

Bug Description
The interface does not indicate when the east round will end and the south round will begin. Similarly, there is no indication of when the south round will end. While it is possible to keep track of this by noting who started as dealer, it would be nice to have some sort of indication in the interface. Either it should display something like East 1/2/3/4, South 1/2/3/4 or have some indicator for who started as dealer.
