Bug Description
Binary package hint: gnome-system-
Trying to launch Firefox results in error message "Firefox is already running, but is not responding. To open a new window, you must first close the existing Firefox process, or restart your system", even though Firefox is not running - confirmed with System Monitor.
Tried restarting, completely uninstalling and reinstalling but with same result.
