Bug Description
When logged in & viewing a Submission, added comments display fine (and are listed appropriately on the Submissions page), but the "Add Comment" form is nowhere to be found. If you're looking at a Submission with no Comments, the form displays fine & works. Once one Comment is added, however, the field disappears.
This appears to be another error that's dependent on an Aiki update.

This was fixed with last update of Aiki Files that ironed out some of the <php> parsing issues.
