Bug Description

Binary package hint: scotch

This relates to libptscotch-5.1 (version 5.1.8a.dfsg-2, tested with Ubuntu 10.10, amd64)

The library /usr/lib/libptscotch.so is linked to /usr/lib/libscotch.so, which it shouldn't be. This can cause runtime errors, e.g.

ERROR: SCOTCH_dgraphInit: linking with both libScotch and libPTScotch is not allowed
