Bug Description

Binary package hint: network-manager

Installing and trying to use
network-manager-openvpn-gnome
and
network-manager-vpnc-gnome
under
+ lucid
+ maverick

without rebooting after install will end up in a "unable to find valid VPN secrets" error.
