No possibility to use transparently mode in proxsmtp

I'm using proxsmtp on other plattforms and detected a bug related to using transparently mode on newer linux plattforms. I studied your build log files (as I was searching for well known bugs) and detected, that your proxsmtp is also affected by this issue:

checking for linux/netfilter_ipv4.h... no

This comes from searching netfilter_ipv4.h on wrong place (especially on newer linux plattforms) and their missing struct members.

This issue concerns to all programs based on this code, like frox, clamsmtp ...

I'm no c-programmer, but have the knowledge about reading (and fixing)
Every c-programmer should know, how to handle my attached patch (is working fine for me)
