mission menu and chat reduce/close icons disappear when using the url bar

Bug Description
I start a mission.
Then I use the url bar to go to a web site (I tried with lemonde.fr).
When the page is refreshed, the mission menu is not visible anymore, and the icons of the chat window for reducing and closing the window disappear too.
