Bug Description

Export as Windows-1252.

1) Import in e.g. OOo, Gnumeric and Leafpad won't stop with error message, but the characters are broken anyway.

2) Import in Gedit: Gedit cannot select the encoding automatically and asks for manual setting:
a) UTF-8 doesn't work (expected).
b) ISO 8859-15 doesn't work (expected).
c) Windows-1252 also doesn't work.
In fact, I cannot open the file in Gedit, most likely because of wrong encoding.

"The Windows-1252 export added a routine to exploits a bug of Microsoft Outlook to make it properly swallow the data, at the cost that output text file will fail in all other products except Microsoft's."

To improve it, either make the routine user-selectable (and enable by default) or add an explanation text above. I'll see to improve it one way or another.
