Bug Description

Binary package hint: mount

I recently installed a SSD in my PC.
Bootchart shows a ~10s delay when "swapon" is busy see: http://img163.imageshack.us/img163/8...ck20101223.png
After changing the swap partition to a partition on my (rotational) HDD the delay by "swapon" is gone: http://img413.imageshack.us/img413/8...ck20101223.png

Does this still happen if remove the swap from /etc/fstab and manually run swapon?

It's been almost three years since I filed this and by now I totally forgot
about it.

However I just changed the swap partition in fstab back to the HDD and I
don't see the delay during boot anymore... :-S
