Bug Description
Installing 2011.1~bzr487 from the trunk Ubuntu PPA.
The services start up but they fail to log to /var/log/nova. The only service logging (to "/var/log/nova/-") is the objectstore.

Looks like the upstart scripts should redirect stderr to the log files, so it's a fix in the Ubuntu packaging branch.
