Bug Description

When using the report button in the config-gui I get the following output (error at the bottom):

An email is still sent but it doesn't report anything. I just installed the program so it doesn't have much to report but I tried:

/etc/init.d/net-responsibility stop
/etc/init.d/net-responsibility start

I hoped that it would record (and report) a shutdown but it didn't do that.

I don't know if the lack of reporting is tied to the ruby/sqlite3 error but I just wanted to report it since I don't think many users of this program are using openSUSE. As a note I installed the program manually by reading the generated list file (for some reason EPM wouldn't build packages for me) and didn't install from a package at all. Also, the name of most of the dependencies is different for openSUSE and I included the configure-packages script which I modified in the dependencies section for the openSUSE versions of the requirements.
