Bug Description

When i activate a Citrix Client, the next message occurs: "You have not chosen to trust 'Verisigh Class 3 Public Primary Certification Authority - G5, the issuer of the servers security certificate (SSL error 61).

I'm running on Ubuntu 10.10 and using firefox 3.6.13

The following steps i have already done without success:

1. Downloaded and installed new client from Citrix
2. I've downloaded the certificate again from the Verisign site
3. I've edited the Firefox preferences for this certificate and explicit changes the settings to trust websites and programs.

Still I'm unable to connect to the application in the Citrix Application server.

Any help is most welcome!

John

Problem is solved by copying the G5.crt file into the ICAClient directory.

1. find the needed file on your system. In my case: VeriSign_Class_3_Public_Primary_Certification_Authority_-_G5.crt
2. find the directory where your ICA client is expecting the certificate. In my case: home/<username>/ICAClient/linuxx86/keystore/cacerts/
3. copy the file using the cp command.

Problem solved.
