Bug Description
Currently we have the manuals "How to copy to MS Outlook", "How to copy to MS Outlook" and "Manual" in the help menu. I can open each of them, but if I try to open another one, I will get an error message. Many solutions are possible:
1) Let users open more than 1 help manual.
2) Describe in the error message that the formen window must be closed first.
3) Close the former window when the new is opened.
