MenuButton widget should use a toggle

Bug Description

MenuButton widgets (as used in the AppMenu and the forward and back buttons) should be a toggle button that is depressed while the menu is shown.

Yes that was the way it was originaly implemented, there where however some issues with segfaulting etc. I will look into it ASAP.

My fix doesn't work : the normal button like back and forward can be toggled. I have the same problem as Mathijs, it segfault if I manually change the state (at least in the release callbacks functions).
