Bug Description

Binary package hint: openoffice.org

Using

OpenOffice.org 3.2.1
OOO320m19 (Build:9505)
ooo-build 3.2.1.4, Ubuntu package 1:3.2.1-7ubuntu1

When a cell is selected from another page from within the "function assistant" the page name is not copied to the function.
example:
I'am in "page1" and y want to make the SUM from cell A1 to A10 in page2, the result is:
=SUM(A1:A10)
and should be:
=SUM(page2.A1:A10)

Thanks for reporting this bug. I think this might be closely related to bug #321857, maybe it's a duplicate of that. Internally OO might use the ADDRESS function for copying values, that is why I think this could be the same.

I can not reproduce this either in OpenOffice 3.3 or LibreOffice 3.3, seems to be fixed.

PS: Forget my last comment, the other bug was just a documentation bug.

Changed in openoffice.org (Ubuntu):
status: New → Won't Fix

[This is an automated message.]
There are no new official OpenOffice.org releases in Ubuntu packaging anymore => Won't Fix

If the problem persists, please mark this bug as "also affects project Libreoffice" or "also affects distribution Libreoffice (Ubuntu)" if that has not happened already.

Please leave references to upstream OpenOffice.org bugs in place to allow cross pollination.
